Our EMS Company is beginning to write specs for a new ambulance. We are currently discussing the pros and cons of buying a super duty chassis vs a 5 ton chassis. Would like to hear comments from any other company who has looked at the comparison of the two.
We are in a rural area of Western Maryland. Our Main Highway is a 2 lane roadway, only travel about 3 miles of interstate on the route to the hospital.
