Can anyone tell me where to go to find info.
on how to set up a volunteer ambulance co. in an unincorporated city of about 5,000 people? We have EMT's avail. and need all the info. we can get.

Call your state EMS Commission or what ever your state agency is called. That's what they are there for. They should at least be able to steer you in the right direction.

AFTER CONTACTING YOUR STATE AGENGY, YOU MAY WANRT TO CONTACT YOUR CLOSEST HOSPITAL TO SEE ABOUT MEDICAL CONTROL AND IT WOULD ALSO NOT HURT TO CONTACT AND EMS DEPT. THAT ARE NOW SERVING THE AREA TO SEE HOW THEY ARE OPERATING
