Seeking 12 PA certified EMT and/or Medics

I am currently seeking 12 PA certified EMTs or Paramedics who have experience in and able to function in a music festival type setting.

I operate a contract "first response" medical service that specializes in festival EMS. I now have a contract in PA, and am in need of ems providers.

This is a straight BLS, first response operation. Any incident needing transport will be handed over to local EMS after they arrive.

I require that you carry your own insurance and have access to a med kit or bag.

I have a few questions reference your seeking of "employees" for contracted event.

What county is the event held in?
Why do employees need access to a med. bag?Don't you supply required equipment?
How much is the salary?
How many hours?
Insurance? Shoudn't you as the employer carry insurance on your employees?
Is this just a one time deal?
