It is run out of Jamaica Hospital in NYC. They have had an active bike unit for several years.

Don't forget about 'ol Phoenix FD! They've got quite a program, too!!!

The Atlanta FD also ren bike medics, at least during the Olympics. American Heat did an article on it around the time of the Oylmpics.
