Pt. Extrication from Inverted Vehicles

Please reply and post your handling methods for removing victims that remain strapped in when the vehicle is inverted.

What works best for you? What doesn't?

Standard practice is application of KED or LSP Halfback and cutting seatbelt. Pt is then transferred to long board. If rapid extrication candidate, pt may be removed right to the board...either face down or face up. Dont freak, if the pt. is easier to remove face down, they are quickly log rolled onto another board once on flat ground.
