Well, our station usually provides them a patch, a t-shirt, and a good soaking with the booster line from the engine.

I got my certification in January, when I got the certificate in the mail it said I was a registered Paramedic. I showed it to the chief, he wanted to sign the rest of the department up for that class. I called and got it fixed.
