NREMT Testing Sites / Dates ?

I am a Florida Lisc. EMT-Basic. I want to take the National Regestry test.

If someone can help me, I need to find out:
1. How to register
2. Test Locations, dates, and times
3. Fees

I am in a bit of a hurry, because if I take the test before Sept., I will not have to re-take the practicals ( less than a year since I finished class ).
