Recently I saw a mock disaster drill with a (terrorist)biohazard inside a shopping mall on a video. The instructor stated he had obtained it off the internet. I would like to find this video for a training session with the sheriffs department. This video was approx. 15 minutes long from the security camera's viewpoint showing the bag being left by a barrel, people going down, emt's going down, etc. I appreciate any feed back. thank you.
