Scheduling software

I have recently been thrown into a CF. I was given sceduling responsibility. The person previous to me had done a horid job, shifts were not filled, OT was out of control. The software I was given is very hard to navigate and does not suit the EMS purpose very well. I was wondering if anyone had good scheduling software, at a reasonable cost. Thanks.

Sorry, all of our scheduling is handled manually...the only software involved is a word processor. Station managers handle their own station's scheduling and e-mail a copy back to the main office. No special software required.
