One of the hospitals in Paducah and the local ambulance service do.I've been told in training about how the plan works but do not know how often they practice it.
That is one thing I've heard about every emergency plan.No one reads it unless the area where "the book"is kept is dead quiet and they've already perused this months magazine issues.
