I am an Ohio state certified paramedic. My national registry lapsed in March, when I was out of the country and unable to get a refresher. I have been out of the field for a 1 1/2 yrs and miss it, allot! I am looking for an accelerated program to get me nationally registered agian. (I don't live in Ohio any more so my state cert doesn't do me much good.) I'm am currently living in the bay area, but can move for the right program. Any suggestion as to a good, fast program is greatly appreciated.

The University of Iowa EMS Learning Resource Center has a good one...

If you still retain your Ohio Cert in good standing, even though you are our of state, , you can still take the NR and regain it. You will have to have proof of a refresher, and you will have to take the whole test. But its better than retaking the whole course.

You may want to consider a move to Bloomington, Indiana temporarily for the great courses listed at this website:
