I have been asked to to write an essay on what I would think the most important traits an FTO should have and how that person whould apply these traits in their training.
I have so many listed and I am getting confused, prolly making this harder than it has to be. But if any of you are FTO's or remnember your FTO experience, what are 3 of your best traits and how to you use that in your training.
