E350 Parking Brake Problem

I have a 1997 E350 ambulance that is equipped with the ford Hi-idle controller. In order for that to work the parking brake light has to show that the parking brake is engaged. My light does not come on. Does anyone know how to fix this or have the fuse location of this switch for an E350?

While I don't know how to fix it I have had a similar problem at one of the ambulance companies that I worked for. The issue could be that people have been driving with the parking brake on. When this happens repeatedly it could damage the sensor so it would no longer tell if the brake is engaged or not.
