EMS Inservice Training Programs

I'm reasearching several products with the intention of purchasing a library of EMT training videos/instructor guides/student reference info and tests. This is for continuing education, not for initial EMT training.

I'm considering the National Paramedic Institute series and the 24-7 EMS series.

Are there any other programs available? What do you use? Pros/cons?

WOW....Nobody has/uses any type of EMS training videos for continuing education???

Does that mean that they all are that bad??

Nothing beets real time feed back and expert lecturers.
