The most qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, non-profit management experience, or a related field; at least three years experience in an association administrative management position or equivalent; excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills; the ability to work with other leaders throughout Wisconsin and other states involved in EMS; a general understanding of pre-hospital systems is desirable. This is a full-time exempt position based out of the association office. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
