Job Description:
Under general supervision, provide security and protection of Lumiere Place Casino and Hotels including money transactions, public relations, performing command center functions, assisting guests/customers and employees, as needed, and maintaining order.
Essential Functions:

Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Be friendly, polite & use courteous language. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests' problems. Use the guest's name when appropriate. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).
- Assist sick or injured patrons and employees.
- Assist Games and Slots department in removing drop boxes.
- Report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Assist patrons and employees on directions and proper procedures.
- Ability to check identification to ensure a guest is over the age of 21.
- Perform fills, credits, exchanges and marker transfers procedures for departments as needed.
- Compose accident/incident reports and witness statements when necessary.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner.
- Monitoring surveillance equipment, alarms and multiplexers.
Job Requirements:
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and all levels of employees. Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. Must be able to review and comprehend relevant all written information. Ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License. Ability to obtain a Missouri MACT License. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. This position is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume and event. Excellent guest service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills; legible handwriting. Basic mathematical skills. The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
