Elizabeth Township Area EMS is the official provider of emergency medical care and transportation to the residents and visitors of Elizabeth Township, Elizabeth Borough, and Liberty Borough. Elizabeth Township is located approximately 16 miles south of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. As an advanced life support provider, we partner with Lincoln Borough VFC/EMS to assist their basic life support unit. Since our inception in 1993, we have seen a very significant increase in demand for our services. In our first year, we responded to 679 calls. In sharp contrast to this, we responded to almost 5,000 calls in 2006. Our dedicated staff of EMTs and Paramedics not only provides quality emergency care, but also provides non-emergency ambulance and wheelchair van transportation services. We provide 24 hour/day, 7 day/week, 365 day/year coverage.

Harleysville Area EMS proudly continues a tradition of more than 50 years of service to the residents of Harleysville and surrounding areas. Harleysville Area EMS, Inc. was founded and chartered in June 2004 as the successor to Harleysville Ambulance. HAEMS provides 911 Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) Emergency Medical Services twenty-four / seven, 365 days a year.

The Hollidaysburg American Legion Ambulance Service provides paid emergency medical services to Hollidaysburg, Martinsburg and advanced life support to Williamsburg borough as well as surrounding communities and counties. We also provide non-emergency transportation throughout Blair county.
