BALTIMORE --

Baltimore city police continued Wednesday to investigate the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy shot outside a south Baltimore firehouse.

John Sherman Reports

Authorities said Steven Graham was riding his bicycle in front of the firehouse at 4th Street and Maude Avenue at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday when a dark sedan approached him.

Police said a gunshot was heard and that the boy was found on the ground. A paramedic inside the firehouse went outside to help the boy, who was shot under the armpit.

The firehouse is known as Baltimore Fire Department Engine Company 35.

Graham lived in the 500 block of Annabel Avenue. He died at Shock Trauma.

Police said they don't have a description of the car's occupants, but anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-396-2100.
