saved her life
You should feel bad about your dog. That animal actually saved your life. The dog knew that you could have had cancer or gangareen in your toe and actually saved your life. Animals dont smell blood and attack. Your vet should know better.

I cant believe a beautiful little dog was killed for this mistake. Apparently the toe must have smelled like it was infected or something. or maybe they didnt have toys hanging around for the 1yr old dachshund to chew on.
An apparent mistake that would never happen again, why not give him up for adoption? why did these monsters have the dog killed?? I would adopt this little creature in a heartbeat, especially since he was almost out of the teething stage.
